Magnesium Sulfate 50% (500 mg/mL) Injection: Shortage of Supply

The Poison Centre has become aware of a shortage of intravenous magnesium, used in toxicology to treat prolonged QTc. Follow this link (Page 5), for suggestions as to alternatives in use & supply.
